New Celtic Cook Off Chef Announced
Regrettably Paul Flynn who was due to represent Ireland in this year's Celtic Cook Off had to withdraw from the competition due to unforeseen circumstances. However we are delighted to announce that gallantly stepping into the helm to replace him is Gary O'Hanlon of the VM Restaurant in County Longford.
The Celtic Cook Off 2012 builds on its success from last year and has attracted some of the top chefs from Celtic regions to take part in what is becoming a landmark culinary event in the calendar.
Taking place during A Taste of West Cork Food Festival, the Celtic Cook Off will be happening here at the West Cork Hotel on Wednesday 12th September and will see 6 top chefs do battle in a fun and informative Cooking Show to showcases the best of West Cork produce.
