We also have a licence for Civil Ceremonies in West Cork as well as humanist celebrations which can take place in any one of our dedicated Suites in the hotel or on the grounds of the hotel, including The Old West Cork Railway Bridge which is stunning for weddings! Our Head Chef, prides himself in sourcing Local West Cork Produce, to implement his exciting menus. He is delighted to meet our Wedding Couples and help steer you through the many menu questions that can sometimes overwhelm us. Our fruit is sourced from Rosscarbery, Fish is sourced from Union Hall and Cheese & Dairy is sourced from Schull, making your Wedding a West Cork Wedding in every sense!
