Hotel successfully hosts Agri workshop

The West Cork Hotel was delighted to play host to an agri workshop organised by Drinagh Co-op last week with in excess of 200 West Cork farmers in attendance.

The workshop comprised numerous stands located in one of our spacious meeting rooms where experts gave advice in a one-to-one basis on topical issues presently impacting milk producers across the region. Stands included Bord Bia, Animal Health Ireland, Teagasc, and Munster Cattle Breeding Group in addition to Drinagh stands.

It was noted by one of the participants that "Events such as these are extremely important as they bring farmers together where they can access expert advice and information on a range of issues."

Overall, it was deemed to be a very successful event where milk producers converged on our charming hotel in West Cork and were able to access advice and information while also taking the opportunity to talk informally to other producers over a cup of tea.
