Baltimore Walking Weekend

A great way to enjoy the Irish countryside, walking trails and festivals are a great way to explore and marvel at the wonderful scenery, wildlife and fauna that can be found up and down the country. This weekend, over the 29th-30th September is Baltimore Walking Weekend, which is held in aid of the Irish Heart Foundation to will celebrate World Heart Day and will give avid walkers as well as families with small children the opportunity to enjoy the rugged West Cork coastline on a series of guided walks by local historians, who will lead walking parties on trails in and around Baltimore whilst narrating and informing about the long and rich history of the area.
