Roaringwater Bay, located in the extreme south west of Ireland, derives its name from the sound of the ocean, powered by Atlantic gales, crashing against the splintered rocks and islands in the bay. In these pristine waters – the most delicious mussels and oysters grow.

The West Cork Hotel presents a delicious tasting of fresh Roaringwater Bay oysters, freshly shucked and served with accompaniments, beautifully paired with Murphy’s Irish Stout and Roaringwater Bay mussels, cooked to order in a white wine and herb cream, complimented with delicious crisp Pinot Grigio. Indulge in this delicious tasting while listening to music in the Courtyard.
