Chef de Partie

Full time Chef de Partie required - The Ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience in the role in a similar 3 or 4* property.  Experience of the grill (Fish & Meat) section, running the pass and cooking off food would be preferable. Excellent command of the English language is essential.

Role will suit those used to working in a high-pressure environment, who will hopefully bring some new ideas and inspiration to the kitchen. We keenly use local fresh fish and a lot of local produce in our menus, and are looking for an experienced chef who has the passion and knowledge to continue to add to our repertoire of fine food that we have a reputation for.
