Whale Watching this Summer in Baltimore

More recently a white albino humpback whale was spotted off Baltimore, West Cork.

This recent and extremely rare sighting of the 14 foot white humpback whale was spotted around 14 miles off Baltimore by skipper Pad Collins and crewman Gerard Minihane, who reported seeing “low bushy blors from a snow-white humpback whale” surfacing close to their vessel. Albinism is a very rare condition that occurs across a white range of animals and it is a genetically inherited condition.
