A month of exciting events at the West Cork Hotel

The fun continues this upcoming month of November at our hotel in West Cork with a number of events to watch out for in the West Cork hotel and surrounds in the coming weeks. If you are looking for things to do in West Cork, there is plenty of entertainment within our own Cork hotel with a range of events and shows catering to people of all ages.

Our celebrated Ballroom of Romance nights are set to continue on this month with music from the Barrys playing on 16th November and Patrick O’Sullivan headlining on 30th November. Entry fees to this music and dance event are €10 with discounts available to those who may have dined earlier in the Kennedy restaurant in Skibbereen.

All one has to do is display the receipt upon entry. With nights devoted to music and dance in the elegant settings of our refined hotel along with the intimate romantic settings of our Kennedy restaurant (perfect for a pre dance dinner) and the options to chill out in the Ilen Bar afterwards there is much room for a novel and romantic night out. When it comes to pubs in Skibbereen, the Ilen Bar offers a cosy and relaxed atmospehere.

Of course a visit to our hotel isn’t confined to fine dining, a few late night drinks and relaxing evening shows and events catering to couples and adults, we also hold a number of child friendly day shows throughout the year in our West Cork Accommodation. On the 15th November (no time yet confined so stay tuned for further updates) our hotel will be the venue for a special visit from Mickey Mouse and friends as we host the Mickey Mouse Show, ideal for children aged from 2 to 5 years accompanied by their parents. And afterwards why not stay around for a much needed family meal in our homely restaurant.
