Here at the West Cork Hotel, we have a great wedding package available from €29.50. Included in this is a menu, which you can see below, offers you a choice of one starter, a soup or sorbet, a choice of two main courses and a choice of dessert. If you would like to add more options to your menu, we would love to help you with that, have a look at all what we can offer you:

Starters

-Warm marinated lemon & garlic chicken salad                                      
-Seasonal melon with wild berry compote                                           
- Chicken & mushroom vol-au-vent with house salad                                
-Union Hall smoked salmon & leek quiche with house salad

Main Course

-Prime Irish sirlon of of beef with all the trimmings!                            
-Traditional turkey and ham with herb stuffing                                    
-Stuffed supreme of chicken with wild mushroom and mustard sauce                  
-Baked Union Hall salmon fillet with a dill & parsley sauce                       
-Haddock & shrimp parcel with a lemon butter sauce                                
-Herb crusted cod with a creamy mussel sauce

Dessert

-French dressed lamb cutlets with wholegrain mustard and herb crust
-West Cork leg of lamb with sage stuffing
-carved beef fillet en croute, mushroom duxelle and red wine jus*
-Butternut squash filled with ratatouille and smoked Gubbeen cheese
-Spinach and ricotto tortellini with basil pesto cream
-Wild Mushroom risoto with parmesan cheese and truffle oil
-Mustard and herb crusted salom with lemon and shrimp sauce
