Who will be our contact on the day?
A Manager will be dedicated solely to you on your Wedding day and will liaise with you and/or the Bridal party to ensure your day runs as smoothly as possible.

Are there any hidden/extra costs on top of the package price?
No, we know how difficult  budgeting for a wedding can be so you will be charged what has been agreed at quotation stage and there are no hidden extras.

How many guests can I sit on the round tables?
Up to 10 people maximum on 5’ Rounds and up to 12 people maximum on 6’ Rounds.

Do I have to have a long top table?
No, we can offer you a round table for Top table if you wish but bear in mind we can only fit 12 people maximum at it.  You have more flexibility with the Traditional Top table as we can fit up to 20 people if you so wished.

What happens at a Civil ceremony?
A Civil ceremony is  a non religious service, which we can hold in one of our function rooms at the hotel.  You will need to contact the Registrar in advance.  Please ask our Wedding Co ordinator for further information on Civil Ceremonies.

Can we provide our own decorations?
Yes, you can and we will be happy to provide you with the details of local suppliers should you need them.
